Cap And Trade will destroy the rest of manufacturing in America

Filed under: My Posts — thearizonasentinel @ 1:51 pm

Time to go to work Folks!!!!!!  Watch this video:

Truth is CO 2 , emissions do are not causing global warming, the fact is we are experiencing a global cooling.

Call Your Senators, wake up Americans.  To hell with the Communists!!!

Last night about a number of Tea Party organizers and other grassroots leaders from various states convened a last minute conference call to share information and discuss potential action on HR 2454, which is apparently going to come up for a vote on the House floor as soon as TODAY. We decided as a group to issue a press release (attached) calling on our elected officials to delay the vote altogether or vote “no” outright. The press release contact information has been highlighted for substituting local contact information. I’ve compiled information both from the call and forwarded from folks that were on it.

If you would like your name added to the release, please reply to this email address.

All of this information will also be posted HERE. <>

A summary of what’s in this message:

  • Key Points, suggested actions
  • Bullet Points on how Congress is conducting themselves on the bill
  • Bullet Points, projected impact
  • Critical list of Congressional contacts (blue dogs, rinos)
  • Bill’s status and full text versions
  • Media contact links
  • Additional Cap & Trade, Global Warming information including video
  • Sample Tweets with and without links (tiny urls provided), all have room for tags

And watch this video, Senator Jim Inhofe has been fighting this EPA fraud since the early 90’s ::

Key Points, suggested actions:

  • Cap and Trade (H.R. 2454, 2998) is coming up for a vote at any time
  • We must “throw down the gauntlet” to our elected officials, if they vote “yes” on this bill, we vote “no” on them
  • Members of Congress should work to delay the vote
  • Contact your Congressman TODAY!
  • Most effective means of contact is fax or phone call.
  • When you call your district representative, be sure to provide your zip code so they know you are a constituent
  • Remember to be polite and tell them what you think, make as many calls as you can.
  • Try to get on talk radio today about the issue
  • It may be worthwhile to let AARP know that you are concerned about the bill in regards to seniors on fixed incomes. Phone number:
  • 1-888-687-2277

Conduct of Congress:

  • H.R. 2454 is yet another stealthy bill
  • On the fast-track in Congress, meaning it will not be read or debated
  • Unknown quantity of bills being embedded by amendment process
  • Will not be read based on its size, prior to a vote

Projected impact of bill, as known by information available:

  • Is projected to cost $3,100 per household in increased utilities
  • Will negatively impact public and private energy generation, transportation, building codes, appliances, and more
  • Is projected to lower gross domestic product
  • Will cause a loss of jobs
  • Impacts most aspects of our daily lives
  • Will hurt small business
  • Creates a “climate exchange” which is another
